Imam Al Bukhari Complex Project

Rising in the heart of Hartang village in the historical city of Samarkand, Uzbekistan, this unique project brings together the heritage of civilization and modern technology on a 440-decare land. This monumental structure, which allows 10,000 people to worship simultaneously and has an indoor area of 28,307 m², came to life with AGESA's engineering vision.

The Master of Climate: Flawless Comfort
The splendor of the architecture was complemented by high-tech air conditioning solutions designed by AGESA. The massive volume of the project was designed to offer the same freshness in every season with the assurance of the Carrier brand:

Cooling Power: 4.75 MW capacity Carrier chiller groups and 236 fan coil units of various capacities establish the ideal climate in every corner of the building.

Air Management: A total of 27 air handling units, 4 of which are DX controlled, allow the space to breathe with Carrier technology.

Thermal Balance: To maintain the temperature of the facility in harsh winter conditions, 7 giant boilers, each with a capacity of 1200 kW, and OSBYPARCA electric boilers, a marvel of Swedish engineering, were preferred. In addition, 9 plate heat exchangers optimized this energy flow through the precise calculations of AGESA engineers.

Smart Technologies and Digital Management
The entire mechanical heart of the building was designed by AGESA with a "turnkey" approach. 3D-supported designs used in the production process turned dreams into reality while greatly accelerating the manufacturing speed.

Building Management System (BMS): Operating like a massive nervous system consisting of approximately 8,500 data points, the BMS mechanism bears the signature of ALC Carrier. All MCC and DDC panels were designed and supplied by AGESA, ensuring that the system is managed like a flawless orchestra.

The Art of Lighting: The handcrafted wood-carved ceilings, symbolizing the elegance of Uzbek architecture, shine with specially designed lighting. This visual feast can be controlled with a single touch thanks to the INTERRA brand KNX automation system.

Trust and Uninterrupted Energy
No detail was overlooked for the safety and continuity of the facility. While a total of 255 pump systems ranging from fire defense lines to domestic water were installed by AGESA; the continuity of the energy flow was sealed with GENPOWER generators (725 kVA and 350 kVA) and a 10kVA VISCO UPS system.

Carrying the deep-rooted architectural heritage of Uzbekistan into the future with AGESA's competent personnel and global giant solution partners, this project is not just a building, but a monument crafted with engineering discipline.
